Project Manager – RELEX Demand Forecasting & Supply Chain

About the role

Tata Consultancy Services (APAC) is seeking a Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end implementation of RELEX Solutions focused on demand forecasting and supply‑chain planning. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure successful deployment of forecasting models, and drive business value through improved demand accuracy and inventory optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to hyper‑care, managing scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Act as the primary liaison between business teams (Demand Planning, Merchandising) and technical teams (RELEX consultants, data engineers).
• Facilitate workshops to gather and validate requirements and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Implement statistical and promotion‑based forecasting models, aligning outcomes with KPIs such as forecast accuracy, service levels and inventory turns.
• Configure and deploy the RELEX Demand Forecasting module, oversee data integration from ERP, POS and warehouse systems, and coordinate SIT and UAT phases.
• Ensure data quality, master‑data readiness and optimal system performance throughout the project.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex implementation projects in supply‑chain or demand‑forecasting domains.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent risk, issue and dependency tracking capabilities.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive adoption of new processes.
