Project Manager – Luxury Residential Construction

About the role

Join a leading luxury residential builder on Sydney’s Northern Beaches and oversee the delivery of high‑end architectural homes. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet the client’s design standards, budget, and timeline.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of bespoke home builds from pre‑construction through handover.
• Manage 2–4 concurrent projects valued between $1.7M and $2.5M.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on‑site teams to maintain schedule and quality.
• Utilise Procore to control documentation, RFIs, variations, and reporting.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, architects, and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering high‑end residential projects.
• Trade background such as carpentry or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and sequencing.
• Experience managing budgets in the $1.7M–$2.5M range.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Procore (or similar construction management software)
