Production Operator – Afternoon Shift

About the role

EC Carpets is seeking energetic Production Operators for its brand‑new facility in Lonsdale. The role is on the afternoon shift (2:30 pm‑10:30 pm) with an immediate start, offering a hands‑on environment where you can learn, grow and contribute to Australia’s premier carpet manufacturer.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and control key production machines during the afternoon shift.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
• Process production data using company systems.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure product standards.
• Participate in training, cross‑training and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Support waste‑reduction and efficiency projects.
