Pharmacy Technician (Dispensary) – Full Time

About the role

Mediadvice Pharmacy Lurnea is seeking a motivated Pharmacy Technician to join its community‑focused team. You will work in a busy dispensary, supporting the pharmacist and delivering high‑quality customer service to residents of Lurnea and surrounding suburbs.

Key responsibilities

• Perform dispensary duties in line with legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare, collate and finalise prescriptions for NHS claims and home‑delivery orders.
• Manage stock control, including ordering, storage and stock presentation.
• Assist customers at the counter, process OTC sales and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Provide product information, promote in‑store promotions and support patient compliance.

Required profile

• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, pharmacists and other health professionals.
• Attention to detail and competence in using a computer for dispensary administration.
• Willingness to work under pharmacist supervision and follow correct procedures.

Required skills

• Computer literacy for dispensary software and administrative tasks.

What we offer
