About the role

Key responsibilities

• Oversee store, dispensary and team operations on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Provide professional patient counselling and complete care solutions.
• Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently using MyScripts.
• Supervise interns, student pharmacists and dispensary assistants.
• Manage dispensary inventory and process orders.
• Support and develop new business strategies.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Dedicated work ethic and a collaborative team mindset.
• Solid business acumen with an eye for perfection.
• Successful National Criminal History Check.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MyScripts dispensing software.
