People Projects Manager

About the role

We are seeking a People Projects Manager to design and deliver scalable people frameworks and initiatives for our Support Centre, Customer Care and Distribution Centre teams. Reporting to the Head of Capability & Workplace Relations, you will work closely with HR Business Partners and the People & Education team to translate business needs into practical, impact‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with HR Business Partners to design and roll out people programs and organisational development initiatives across the three operational hubs.
• Lead the evolution of people frameworks, including performance and growth models, role levels, remuneration structures, competencies and talent programs.
• Diagnose organisational challenges with stakeholders and create scalable processes, tools and initiatives to address them.
• Provide strategic problem‑solving support for enterprise‑wide people priorities, leveraging workforce analytics and insights.
• Translate business strategy into practical people solutions that can be deployed at scale.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in HR business partnering, people program development, organisational development or related strategic HR roles.
• Proven track record of leading people initiatives and building scalable frameworks in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data and insights to influence decisions.
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in fast‑paced settings.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of HR frameworks such as performance management, competency modelling and remuneration design.
• Experience with workforce analytics and reporting.
• Ability to design and implement enterprise‑wide people programs.
