Ramsay Pharmacy The Ridge is seeking a motivated, customer‑focused professional to join our team as a part‑time Retail Pharmacist. This role is based in Toowoomba and offers the chance to deliver high‑quality pharmacy services in a supportive, community‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert patient counselling and medication advice.
• Collaborate with team members to meet key performance indicators and sales targets.
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and customer‑centric pharmacy environment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in operations and service delivery.

Required profile

• Passion for community pharmacy and patient care.
• Ability to lead and support a team in delivering safe, high‑quality services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• AHPRA registration with no restrictions.
• Recent National Police Check (within 12 months) and proof of required immunisations.
