Part‑time Banking Consultant – Customer Service & Sales

About the role

The S&S Banking Consultant provides high‑quality sales and service to customers through face‑to‑face interactions and inbound/outbound calls. You will help clients with everyday banking enquiries, account openings and digital onboarding while promoting self‑service digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer‑obsessed service that drives satisfaction and first‑call resolution.
• Provide accurate information on everyday banking enquiries, account openings and processes via phone or online channels.
• Educate and support customers on using digital banking platforms, encouraging self‑service.
• Assist with digital onboarding to ensure a seamless experience for new customers.
• Listen actively, build trust, ask the right questions and exceed customer expectations, contributing to strong NPS results.
• Maintain a balanced team culture focused on people, customer, risk and performance.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, privacy legislation, FSRA and underwriting guidelines.

• Experience delivering customer service in a banking or financial services environment.
• Ability to listen, build trust and ask relevant questions to improve outcomes.
• Commitment to compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
