Park Manager – Adelaide Beachfront

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Park Manager to lead Discovery Parks – Adelaide Beachfront, one of South Australia’s most desirable holiday destinations. The role combines coastal living with team leadership, overseeing a park of 65 cabins, 53 sites and 8 permanent residences while delivering memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 30+ staff, including an Assistant Manager and Caretaker.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, maintenance, and guest services across cabins, sites and residences.
• Maintain high presentation standards and ensure the park’s appearance meets brand expectations.
• Build strong relationships with guests, team members and the local community.
• Drive repeat visitation and uphold a loyal guest base.
• Manage on‑site 2‑bedroom manager residence and act as the visible, approachable face of the park.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a holiday park, hotel, resort, motel or similar accommodation business.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and create a positive, engaged culture.
• Track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Experience maintaining operational and presentation standards.
