Packaging Machine Operator – Full-time

About the role

Join PepsiCo’s high‑performing team in Tingalpa as a Packaging Machine Operator. You will work on a weekday afternoon shift, operating state‑of‑the‑art packaging equipment to keep product flow steady and ensure quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Operate packaging machinery, maintaining a continuous flow of product.
• Complete flavour testing and verify that the correct flavour is supplied.
• Perform advanced centre‑lining, equipment calibration, troubleshooting and monitoring.
• Prepare and record quality checks, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the work area.

Required profile

• Previous experience with processing machine operation in a food manufacturing environment.
• High mechanical aptitude.
• Understanding of HACCP and GMP standards.
• Safety‑conscious mindset.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with SAP is advantageous.
