About the role
The Operations Support Agent ensures that freight is handled, sorted, and moved within the depot with the highest safety standards. You will play a key part in keeping shipments flowing smoothly and on time while supporting front‑line operations.
Key responsibilities
- Handle and sort freight, applying strict safety protocols.
- Label and route consignments to the correct delivery area with high accuracy.
- Move consignments safely within the depot and manage internal ramp activities.
- Complete administrative tasks such as data entry, dispatch coordination, and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve efficient turnaround times.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Required profile
- Secondary education or equivalent.
- At least two years of relevant experience (four years for senior‑level roles).
- Ability to work safely in a fast‑paced depot environment.
- Team‑oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
Required skills
- Forklift operation (licence preferred but not essential).
- Data entry proficiency.
- Labeling and sorting of shipments.
- Basic knowledge of ramp and dispatch activities.
