Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to ensure our customers receive multi‑functional devices and printers on time, every time. You will be the central hub linking logistics partners, account managers, supply‑chain and service teams to deliver a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate deliveries to meet customer timelines.
• Confirm product availability and collaborate with inventory teams to maintain accurate stock.
• Provide timely updates to customers and sales teams, ensuring transparent communication.
• Deliver exceptional customer support, resolving delivery issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records in SAP, including delivery confirmations and feedback.
• Work closely with national warehouses, state workshops, logistics and service teams to streamline processes.
• Contribute ideas and participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives for delivery operations.

• Experience in logistics or delivery coordination is a plus; a proactive attitude is essential.
