Odoo Developer – ERP Customization & Implementation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Developer to join our team and drive the development, customization, implementation, and maintenance of Odoo ERP solutions. The role involves translating business requirements into robust technical solutions and collaborating closely with functional consultants and business users.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules and applications.
• Analyze business requirements and design technical solutions, including new features, workflows, and reports.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve system issues.
• Perform system upgrades, migrations, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and project teams.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Ensure code quality through testing and code reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in Odoo development.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
