Non-Executive Director – Finance & Technology

About the role

Office National is seeking an experienced Non-Executive Director to provide strategic oversight, financial stewardship and technology governance for its member‑based organisation. This board role offers the opportunity to influence the next stage of growth while ensuring sound risk and financial management.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to board deliberations on strategy, finance and technology.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, risk and sustainability.
• Provide guidance on cyber risk, AI, data and overall technology governance.
• Participate in Finance and Risk Committee activities, including M&A and due‑diligence reviews.
• Ensure technology investments align with organisational strategy and member expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a director or senior leader with strong finance expertise.
• CPA/CA or equivalent qualification.
• Experience on finance, audit or risk committees, preferably with exposure to M&A.
• Solid understanding of evolving technology landscapes and digital transformation.
