About the role

We are seeking a full‑time MSK Physiotherapist to join an established private practice in South East coastal Melbourne. The role offers a supportive, experienced team environment and a genuine work‑life balance with a four‑day work week and no weekend duties.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver musculoskeletal physiotherapy assessments and treatments to a mixed caseload.
• Provide Clinical Pilates sessions, comprising roughly 25% of the weekly workload.
• Collaborate with three other physiotherapists on site to ensure high‑quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of service delivery.

Required profile

• AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
• Experience or strong interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
• Clinical Pilates experience or willingness to work within this caseload.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Commitment to delivering excellent patient care.
