Manager – Business Services

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead our Business Services portfolio, acting as a trusted advisor to a diverse client base. You will combine technical accounting expertise with commercial insight to deliver high‑quality compliance work and strategic tax guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of clients, providing compliance and strategic advisory services.
• Ensure accurate accounting and tax deliverables while partnering with senior leaders on complex projects.
• Review work, guide workflow, and coach team members to build a high‑performing, collaborative environment.
• Contribute to business development, strengthen client relationships, and identify opportunities to expand services.

Required profile

• Current experience in public practice managing compliance across multiple entities.
• CA or CPA qualification with 3‑5 years of Business Services experience.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to build professional client relationships.
• Mentoring or coaching exposure is desirable.
• Reliable, approachable and committed to continuous learning.
