Management Assistant for Engineering Technical Services

About the role

The Engineering Technical Services Division of NV Air Technical Data and Engineering Service is seeking a Management Assistant to provide direct administrative and analytical support to the Naval Air Technical Data and Engineering Service Center (NATEC) and its satellite units.

Key responsibilities

• Organize, collect, analyze, coordinate and present workload‑related information for NATEC and its satellites.
• Perform management and program analytical functions that support the NATEC mission.
• Act as liaison and technical expert for the interpretation and application of temporary travel directives, policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.
• Maintain ongoing contact with the Organization Defense Travel Administration (ODTA) to resolve specific travel‑related problems and issues.

Required profile

• Experience providing administrative support to technical or engineering services.
• Ability to manage and present complex information clearly.
• Familiarity with travel policies and defense travel administration processes.
