Loyalty Ambassador (Guest Services)

About the role

The Ritz-Carlton Perth is looking for a friendly and energetic Loyalty Ambassador to enhance guest experiences across the lobby and public areas. You will act as a brand ambassador, helping guests discover hotel services, local attractions, and special events while delivering memorable, family‑focused interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage guests in the lobby, promoting restaurant, bar, front desk, business centre and lounge services.
• Assist with special guest requests such as transportation, reservations, and dry‑cleaning.
• Provide local area knowledge, highlighting events and attractions.
• Wear and perform in the mascot costume, creating fun experiences for children and families.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment by following safety and performance guidelines.

Required profile

• Previous customer‑service experience preferred.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Confident public performer with strong stamina.
• Reliable, punctual and flexible to work weekends, school holidays and festive periods.

Required skills

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
• I’m Alert Food Safety Certification (City of Perth).
