Junior Technology Support & Applications Administrator

About the role

This permanent, onsite position on the Sunshine Coast supports a national wealth‑management technology group. You will join a focused team to roll out and manage endpoint monitoring, patching and vulnerability tools across more than 100 offices.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and administer NinjaOne and ConnectSecure agents on Windows 11 desktops and laptops.
• Use remote tools such as Zoho Assist to install, uninstall, and update software on end‑user devices.
• Schedule, monitor and verify OS and third‑party application patching.
• Run vulnerability scans, review results and coordinate remediation with local IT teams or external MSPs.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, issues and remediation actions.
• Assist in creating and improving onboarding guides, FAQs and short explainer content.

Required profile

• Early‑career IT professional seeking more than a generic helpdesk role.
• Interest in cybersecurity, endpoint management and risk mitigation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with an Infrastructure Manager and senior systems admin.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with office staff and external partners.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Windows 11 desktop environments.
• Experience or strong interest in endpoint management/RMM tools such as NinjaOne.
• Knowledge of vulnerability management platforms like ConnectSecure.
• Proficiency with remote support tools, e.g., Zoho Assist.
