About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Technician to deliver onsite support to home users and small businesses across Melbourne. The position is commission‑based, giving you the freedom to manage your own workload while providing high‑quality technical assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops and Apple devices.
• Perform hardware repairs, setups and component replacements, including screen replacements.
• Carry out mobile device repairs when required.
• Travel to client locations throughout Melbourne, ensuring punctual and professional service.

Required profile

• Own ABN, valid driver’s licence and a reliable car.
• Proven experience supporting home users and small businesses.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality and professionalism.
