IT Support Engineer (On‑call/Freelance) – Perth

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our Perth team on an on‑call, freelance or casual basis. The role involves delivering high‑quality technical assistance to our clients across desktop, server and network environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site desktop support, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Re‑image and configure desktop operating systems as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve LAN and WAN networking problems.
• Configure, maintain and support routers and switching infrastructure.
• Respond promptly to technical inquiries to ensure client satisfaction.
• Document all support activities in line with company policies.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to achieve seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in IT support or a related field.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Required skills
