Influence & Social Media Specialist

About the role

The Influence & Social Media Specialist will lead CAMILLA AND MARC’s influencer and talent strategy, building authentic connections with creators and opinion leaders on Instagram and TikTok. This role bridges influence and social media, ensuring the brand’s presence feels natural, considered, and impactful across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage local influencer relationships, including outreach and ongoing engagement.
• Engage actively with key KOLs and influencers on Instagram and TikTok.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive organic visibility across Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
• Plan, create, schedule, manage, and publish social content on all channels.
• Track performance metrics and analyse what drives impact.
• Collaborate with social and PR teams to ensure alignment across touchpoints.

Required profile

• Passion for social media with existing relationships across influencers, creators, and tastemakers on Instagram and TikTok.
• Proven experience managing influencer relationships, spotting emerging talent and trends, and creating organic brand moments.
• Strong cultural awareness, instinct for authentic storytelling, and highly organised.
• Communications degree or equivalent industry experience.
