About the role
Join the G’day Group team at Discovery Parks Swan Valley as a versatile hospitality professional. You will split your time between maintaining immaculate cabins and communal areas and providing a warm, efficient front‑desk experience for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and prepare cabins and shared facilities to high standards, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Maintain a tidy, welcoming environment throughout the park.
- Welcome guests at reception with professionalism and friendliness.
- Process check‑ins, check‑outs and reservations using the booking system.
- Provide information about park amenities and local attractions.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to confirm room readiness.
Required profile
- Previous experience in front‑office reception and/or housekeeping.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
- Ability to work a 7‑day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Positive, flexible, team‑oriented attitude.
Required skills
- Familiarity with RMS (Reservation Management System) or similar booking software.
