Guest Service Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Service Agent to join the Front Office team at Ayers Rock Resort, located in Yulara, NT, near Uluru. The role involves welcoming guests, managing check‑in and check‑out processes, and ensuring a memorable first and last impression of the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the resort’s ambassador, greeting guests and providing a warm, professional welcome.
• Process all arrivals and departures efficiently, handling registrations, room assignments and departures.
• Accurately post hotel charges to guest accounts, verify bills and process payments securely.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues throughout their stay to maintain high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments to coordinate guest requests.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused attitude with a passion for hospitality.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Willingness to live onsite and contribute to the resort community.
• Ability to handle cash and electronic transactions accurately.

Required skills

• Experience with Opera Cloud property management system (preferred).
