Graphic Designer (Mid‑Senior) – Fitness Brand

About the role

We are seeking a mid‑senior Graphic Designer to shape and evolve the visual identity of a fast‑growing fitness brand. Working closely with the Head of Creative and marketing teams, you will lead design across digital, print, environmental and campaign assets, ensuring a consistent and strategic brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design for social, digital, print, OOH, event and in‑club environments, maintaining high standards of craft and consistency.
• Evolve and apply the brand visual identity across all touchpoints, including signage, decks, reports and internal communications.
• Drive creative execution of campaigns from brief to final delivery across EDMs, digital, OOH and in‑gym formats.
• Collaborate with agency partners, providing design‑informed feedback to keep work on‑brand.
• Concept, shoot and edit photography and video content, and produce animation for digital assets, integrating motion seamlessly with brand storytelling.

Required profile

• 6+ years of graphic design experience within a design or marketing team, with a strong portfolio covering digital, animation and print.
• Proven ability to lead projects from concept through execution across multiple channels.
• Highly organised, able to manage several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
