Graphic Designer – Creative Visuals for Skincare Brand

About the role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to bring the INSKIN COSMEDICS brand and its partner brands to life through compelling visual design across digital and print platforms. Working closely with the Marketing team, you will create engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines and enhances the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphics for email campaigns, social media (organic and paid), web platforms and point‑of‑sale materials.
• Create visual solutions from concept to final execution for both digital and print media.
• Collaborate with fellow designers and team members to ensure timely, high‑quality project delivery.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously to support marketing objectives.
• Design packaging for new products and innovative promotional cartons.
• Support the education team with training materials for partner clinics and BDMs.
• Produce brand presentations, event invitations and corporate stationery.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Willingness to work onsite at the Lidcombe headquarters five days a week.
• Adaptable design style applicable across various brands and categories.
• Proficiency with the Adobe Suite and strong visual communication skills.
• Excellent time‑management, detail‑orientation and ability to incorporate feedback.
• Print production knowledge is highly favoured.
• Passion for current design, beauty trends and skincare products.
