About the role
The Qantas Graduate Program offers an 18‑month rotational experience at the new Product Innovation Centre in Adelaide CBD. Graduates can choose either the Digital stream, focusing on customer‑first digital experiences, or the Technology stream, building high‑performing engineering solutions for aviation.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver modern digital products and platforms that meet evolving customer needs.
- Collaborate in cross‑functional product squads with designers, engineers and stakeholders.
- Contribute to initiatives such as the Qantas App, booking and check‑in journeys, and new feature development.
- Work on reliable, high‑performing technology that supports the future of aviation.
Required profile
- Final year or recent graduate (within 2 years) of a Technology/Digital/STEM undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
- Maintained a credit average or above.
- Available to start full‑time employment in February 2027.
- Permanent Resident, Australian/NZ citizen, or unrestricted right to work in Australia.
