About the role
We are seeking a full‑time Receptionist to join our team at Regis Morayfield, an aged‑care facility in Queensland. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for residents, families and visitors, providing a warm and professional front‑desk experience.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain organized files, documentation and perform general administration and data entry.
- Order stationery, manage petty cash and support staff rostering and training schedules.
- Ensure smooth operation of the front reception area, greet visitors and conduct home tours.
- Provide administrative support to other departments within the home.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a busy reception environment.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines autonomously and work in a constantly changing setting.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
- Bright, friendly demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding telephone etiquette and customer‑service orientation.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- General PC literacy and familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.
