Front Office Supervisor – Onsite at Yulara, NT

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Front Office professional to lead our guest service team at Ayers Rock Resort, located just 20 minutes from the iconic Uluru. This permanent, onsite position involves overseeing daily front‑desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the Front Office team, ensuring adherence to department procedures.
• Train new front office staff and act as a role model.
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Monitor and maintain accurate front‑desk processes, including check‑in/out and reservations.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to deliver seamless service.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a front office or guest services role within hospitality.
• Strong conflict‑resolution and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Willingness to live and work onsite at the resort.

Required skills

• Opera PMS (preferred)
