About the role

As a Front of House Team Member at Chargrill Charlie’s, you will be the face of the brand, welcoming guests and delivering a memorable dining experience. You’ll work closely with colleagues to ensure orders are taken accurately, served promptly, and that the restaurant maintains its high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, and present food and beverages with a friendly attitude.
• Maintain compliance with restaurant standards, including hygiene, safety, and presentation.
• Support management in daily operations and help keep the venue tidy and well‑stocked.

• Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
