Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

The Brisbane Club is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead all dining and event operations across its historic private club. Reporting to senior leadership and working closely with the Executive Chef, you will ensure seamless service that meets the high expectations of our distinguished membership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all food and beverage operations across multiple outlets.
• Maintain and continuously elevate service standards.
• Mentor, develop and inspire a professional service team.
• Manage rostering, compliance, inventory control and staff training.
• Collaborate with culinary and events teams to deliver exceptional member experiences.
• Support the execution of signature club events and corporate hospitality functions.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a premium hospitality, hotel or private club environment.
• Strong operational capability in à la carte dining and event catering.
• Commitment to personalised, relationship‑driven service.
• Professional communication style and composed demeanor.
• Hands‑on approach to leadership and team culture.
