Fleet Administrator

About the role

The Fleet Administrator supports the daily coordination of Karmo’s national vehicle fleet. Working closely with the Fleet and Operations teams, you will ensure vehicles are prepared, compliant, and ready for customers while handling administrative and supplier tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Administer day‑to‑day fleet operations using internal systems.
• Assist with fleet utilisation, vehicle rotation and meeting operational targets.
• Coordinate vehicle preparation for deliveries, swaps and changeovers.
• Liaise with internal hubs, dealerships, suppliers and logistics partners.
• Manage damaged vehicles, arrange repairs and support onboarding/off‑boarding of subscription vehicles.
• Monitor active subscriptions, flag issues and maintain accurate vehicle, customer and compliance records.
• Support cost control for maintenance, claims and transport activities.
• Provide general operational support to Fleet and Operations teams nationwide.

Required profile

• Current, valid Australian driver’s licence.
• Sound knowledge of fleet and vehicle operations.
• Strong customer‑first mindset and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Outstanding administration skills, including compliance and documentation.
• Experience in an automotive environment is desirable but not essential.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
