Fashion Designer

About the role

Cue Clothing Co. is seeking a creative Fashion Designer to help translate seasonal visions into tangible collections. You will work closely with the design, production and marketing teams from concept to final sample.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver design sketches across multiple categories, including knitwear and offshore production.
• Support the delivery of seasonal collections in line with the design direction and critical path.
• Collaborate with pattern makers to refine garments for production.
• Present designs in weekly meetings and incorporate feedback promptly.
• Analyse existing styles to identify re‑work and re‑fabrication opportunities.
• Research and source trims, accessories, and fabrics.
• Maintain awareness of global fashion trends and local market direction.
• Review samples and provide clear, detailed feedback.
• Assist with campaign and shoot preparation as needed.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in fashion design or a similar role.
• Strong design and sketching capability across multiple categories.
• Solid understanding of garment construction, fit and fabrication.
• Experience working with pattern makers and production teams.
• Commercial mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Confident communicator able to present ideas clearly.
