Family Law Paralegal – AI Product Support

About the role

We are looking for a Family Law Paralegal to join our tech‑focused team. You will act as the human backbone of our AI Paralegal product, stepping in when the AI reaches its limits and turning manual fixes into product improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Handle real‑time inbound requests from law firms via Intercom‑style messages.
• Enter the backend system to tweak, fix, or complete work the AI could not finish.
• Communicate with clients and lawyers by phone, using family‑law expertise to clarify needs.
• Convert every manual intervention into clear product tickets for the development team.
• Prioritise a reactive queue, ensuring the most critical issues are resolved quickly.
• Assist firms in preparing existing matters for AI Paralegal processing.
• Collaborate with the team to workshop new features for family‑law firms.

Required profile

• Solid family‑law paralegal experience, preferably across multiple firms.
• Confidence to engage with family lawyers and push back when necessary.
• Sharp judgment in ambiguous situations and an eye for detail.
• Strong written communication for clear ticket creation.
