Experienced Concreter – Formwork & Steel Fixing

About the role

We are seeking experienced concrete workers with expertise in formwork and steel fixing for upcoming civil construction projects. Join our multi‑skilled Civil Construction team in Townsville and contribute to high‑quality infrastructure builds.

Key responsibilities

• Follow direction from the Leading Hand and site Foreman.
• Perform concrete placement, formwork erection, and steel fixing tasks.
• Operate safely and adhere to BMD Quality, Safety & Environmental policies and procedures.
• Read and interpret construction plans to ensure accurate execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar concreting role.
• Current driver’s licence and Construction White Card.
• Strong safety focus and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under supervision and follow site instructions.
