Events Coordinator – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Events Coordinator will manage group reservations and provide essential administrative support to the Events team at a five‑star resort. You will act as a central hub for weddings, conferences and bespoke client experiences, ensuring seamless delivery across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee group reservations and maintain accuracy across key systems.
• Produce and coordinate weekly Group Pick‑Up Reports.
• Attend planning meetings and act as liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Maintain Property Management System (PMS) records and manage room block allocations.
• Support major arrivals, site inspections and live events on‑site.
• Identify service improvement opportunities and contribute to revenue maximisation.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, professional team player with a strong service mindset.
• Foundational experience in banquets or events coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting deadlines.
• Proven adaptability to varying situations.

Required skills

• Property Management System (PMS) proficiency.
