About the role
The Events Coordinator will manage group reservations and provide essential administrative support to the Events team at a five‑star resort. You will act as a central hub for weddings, conferences and bespoke client experiences, ensuring seamless delivery across multiple departments.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee group reservations and maintain accuracy across key systems.
- Produce and coordinate weekly Group Pick‑Up Reports.
- Attend planning meetings and act as liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Maintain Property Management System (PMS) records and manage room block allocations.
- Support major arrivals, site inspections and live events on‑site.
- Identify service improvement opportunities and contribute to revenue maximisation.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic, professional team player with a strong service mindset.
- Foundational experience in banquets or events coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting deadlines.
- Proven adaptability to varying situations.
Required skills
- Property Management System (PMS) proficiency.
