Enterprise SEO Specialist (Sydney)

Join a dynamic team that blends strategy, creativity, and curiosity. As an Enterprise SEO Specialist you will work closely with the Enterprise SEO Manager to deliver advanced SEO solutions for some of Australia’s biggest brands.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Enterprise SEO Manager with deliverables, campaign roadmaps, and business reviews.
• Execute complex SEO strategies across large enterprise retainers, including technical audits, on‑page optimisation, link building and site migrations.
• Analyse campaign performance using enterprise‑level SEO tools and translate data into clear strategic recommendations.
• Maintain client communications, provide project updates and exceed stakeholder expectations.
• Present SEO concepts to C‑level executives and senior stakeholders in plain language.
• Collaborate on strategic planning and help develop enterprise SEO methodologies.
• Identify process improvements to increase campaign efficiency.
• Share knowledge across the wider SEO pod to uplift the whole team.

Required profile

• Based in Sydney, Australia.
• 1–2 years experience as an SEO specialist, preferably supporting enterprise‑level clients.
• Demonstrated experience managing large‑scale, complex SEO campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical SEO concepts to senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, humble, hungry for continuous learning and team success.
