Enterprise Account Executive – Vietnamese Speaking

About the role

Monotype is seeking a driven Enterprise Account Executive who is fluent in Vietnamese and English to join its Australian sales team in Sydney. In this high‑impact position you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing multi‑stakeholder enterprise deals with world‑leading brands.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end sales cycles, prospecting, outreach, negotiation and closing of enterprise contracts.
• Develop and execute territory and account strategies to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Act as a trusted advisor, presenting Monotype’s typography and creative‑technology solutions to decision‑makers across Brand, Marketing, Creative, IT, Procurement, UX, Legal and Finance.
• Drive outbound prospecting while nurturing long‑term client relationships through consultative selling.
• Prepare persuasive proposals, negotiate complex contracts and guide clients through decision‑making.
• Collaborate with marketing, pre‑sales, product and customer‑success teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Utilise CRM tools to manage pipeline, track activities and provide accurate forecasts.
• Represent Monotype at industry events, trade shows and customer engagements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in enterprise SaaS or technology‑solution sales, preferably within design, marketing or creative‑technology sectors.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
• Proven track record of acquiring net‑new enterprise customers and expanding existing accounts.
