Engineering Graduate Program – WA (Jan 2027)

About the role

Join ASC’s Engineering Graduate Program in Henderson, Western Australia, starting January 2027. Over two years you will rotate through specialist areas, gaining hands‑on experience with Australia’s submarine fleet and contributing to critical defence projects.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate across multiple engineering disciplines within the submarine business.
• Participate in on‑the‑job training and off‑site development days.
• Support design, analysis, testing and sustainment of submarine systems.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and specialist teams on real‑world projects.

Required profile

• Completed Bachelor degree in an engineering discipline (Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Aerospace, Mechanical, Marine & Offshore, Manufacturing, Structural/Mechanical Stress Analysis, Naval Architecture, Civil, etc.).
• Eligibility to start the program in January 2027.
