Employment Consultant – Inclusive Employment Program

About the role

We are seeking an Employment Consultant to join our Inclusive Employment Australia Program at our Bunbury, WA site. In this role you will empower people with disability to secure and sustain meaningful work, acting as a bridge between participants and inclusive employers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist participants with disability in preparing for, finding and maintaining sustainable employment.
• Identify participants’ strengths and develop personalised job‑search strategies.
• Provide creative solutions to overcome employment barriers and arrange workplace adjustments.
• Advocate for inclusive hiring practices with partner organisations.
• Build and maintain relationships with employers committed to diversity and inclusion.
• Celebrate successful placements and support ongoing career development.

Required profile

• Passion for diversity, inclusion and supporting people with disability.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to connect participants with appropriate employment opportunities.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with experience in problem‑solving.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, call‑centre, hospitality, consulting, business development or administration is advantageous.
