About the role

We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our brand‑new Harmony Graceville centre opening in early 2026. You will create rich, play‑based learning environments for children from birth to five years, fostering curiosity, imagination and a love of learning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a studio using intentional, inquiry‑based and play‑rich teaching approaches.
• Plan, document and assess learning outcomes aligned with EYLF v2.0 and QKLG.
• Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families and the teaching team.
• Collaborate with the Educational Leader to design stimulating environments.
• Support children’s transitions, school readiness and continuity of learning.
• Model professionalism, reflective practice and ethical decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA‑approved equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF v2.0, QKLG and contemporary early‑years pedagogy.
• Passion for intentional, play‑based and inquiry learning.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Commitment to child safety and cultural responsiveness.

Required skills

• Knowledge of EYLF v2.0 framework.
• Understanding of Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline (QKLG).
