Dynamics 365 CRM & Customer Insights Developer (12‑month contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Developer with strong experience in CRM and Customer Insights to join a leading not‑for‑profit licensing agency on a 12‑month contract. The role is hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite in Sydney, and starts immediately.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure functionality, performance, and compliance.
• Develop and customise Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement components according to user‑story acceptance criteria.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to customisations and integrations.
• Implement solutions with a clear understanding of technical impact in collaboration with functional consultants.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights & Journey module.
• Approximately 10 years experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and Marketing module.
• Proficiency with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), Dataverse and plugin development.
• Experience building Azure Functions and Logic Apps.

What we offer

• Daily rate $950‑$1,050 inclusive of superannuation
