Digital Specialist – 12‑month Parental Leave Cover

About the role

RSL Queensland is seeking a Digital Specialist to cover a 12‑month parental leave period. You will work on‑site with cross‑functional teams to create, publish and optimise digital experiences across our websites, social media channels and email platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Publish and maintain website, social and email content.
• Assist in campaign delivery, including landing pages, tagging, tracking and quality assurance.
• Execute and optimise paid and organic social campaigns, with a focus on paid performance.
• Develop and support content creation for social media.
• Monitor social media activity, respond to comments and messages, and escalate issues as needed.
• Execute and optimise search engine marketing campaigns.
• Track channel performance, resolve issues promptly and contribute to analytics, reporting and insights.
• Maintain administrative hygiene across all digital platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the Manager – Digital Channels and broader marketing teams.
