Digital SEO Specialist – Search & Generative AI

About the role

We are looking for a Digital SEO Specialist to lead the development and execution of SEO and generative search strategies, driving organic growth across traditional search engines and emerging AI platforms. The role will optimise web content, improve site performance and enhance our brand’s visibility in search and AI‑driven experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO and generative search strategies to improve rankings and maximise organic traffic.
• Optimise website content and structure for best‑in‑class search performance.
• Leverage AI tools for keyword research, content optimisation and performance analysis.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, resolve indexing issues and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Partner with content teams to ensure content is optimised for both search engines and AI platforms.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance, rankings and emerging search trends.

Required profile

• Data‑driven SEO professional with strong curiosity for digital trends.
• Experience in on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive mindset focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
