About the role

Pixeld, a Google and HubSpot Agency Partner, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead paid advertising initiatives and ensure the successful delivery of marketing projects for B2B and professional service clients.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook Ads) to meet client objectives.
• Monitor progress, report results, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Identify risks and opportunities related to budget, timeline, and performance.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to demonstrate value and build long‑term relationships.
• Continuously develop expertise across additional marketing channels and platforms.

Required profile

• Eligibility to work in Australia.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a digital agency role.
• Strong passion for digital marketing and personal development.
• Proven ability to work autonomously under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
