DevOps Engineer (AWS) – Contract or Permanent

About the role

We are looking for motivated DevOps Engineers to join our growing engineering team. You will support automation, deployment, and operational management of enterprise applications and cloud infrastructure in an agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CI/CD pipelines.
• Assist with infrastructure provisioning and environment configuration.
• Monitor cloud environments, respond to alerts and operational incidents.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and deployment processes.
• Contribute to Infrastructure‑as‑Code initiatives using Terraform or Ansible.
• Support cloud platform administration and operational activities.
• Assist with monitoring, logging, and observability practices.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams on deployments and issue resolution.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement and automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Foundational experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
• Basic scripting skills (Python, Bash or similar).
• Understanding of Infrastructure‑as‑Code principles.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to troubleshoot routine operational and deployment issues.
• Ability to work under general supervision within established frameworks.
• Practical application of standard DevOps processes and tools.
• Contribution to team‑based delivery outcomes.
• Growing technical capability and problem‑solving skills.
