Customer Service Representative – Retail Store

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative at Reddy Express, you will create great experiences for guests while keeping the store clean, stocked and welcoming. The role is fast‑paced and requires strong multitasking and time‑management skills.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to all guests.
• Maintain a tidy, well‑stocked and inviting store environment.
• Promote a wide range of products, specials and promotions.
• Perform moderate to heavy lifting and reach for stock as needed.
• Work both independently and as part of a team.

Required profile

• Focused on providing excellent customer service.
• Comfortable working alone and within a team.
• Able to stay on your feet for long periods.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, early mornings and weekends.
• Willing to learn about and promote store products.
