About the role
Domain, part of the global CoStar Group, is looking for a Customer Experience (CX) Team Leader to split time between leading a frontline support team and providing hands‑on assistance to property‑listing customers. This hybrid role blends people‑management with direct technical support.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the CX team through 1‑on‑1s, performance coaching, incentives and engagement activities.
- Provide direct support to real‑estate agents, helping them update listings, troubleshoot platform issues and maximise product value.
- Act as a technical point of contact for internal teams, ensuring smooth cross‑functional collaboration.
- Monitor and drive team KPIs, fostering a collaborative and fun culture.
- Contribute to the evolution of Domain’s property‑tech products as the business scales.
Required profile
- Passionate, resilient problem‑solver with a customer‑first mindset.
- Proven experience balancing leadership duties with hands‑on customer support.
- Strong communication skills and ability to champion agent accounts.
- Interest in real‑estate technology and data‑driven solutions.
