Customer Care Representative

About the role

We are expanding our newly refurbished contact centre and are looking for enthusiastic Customer Care Representatives to join us on a full‑time or part‑time basis. In this role you will be the friendly voice for older Australians, their families and carers, helping them access care packages and services that improve their quality of life.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous, empathetic assistance to callers, answering queries about care packages and services.
• Navigate multiple software platforms to retrieve information and process requests accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights, celebrate successes and continuously improve the customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions in line with company policies.
• Adapt to rotating shift schedules, including weekdays and Saturdays.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Full work rights in Australia and a satisfactory National Police clearance.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts between 8 am‑8 pm on weekdays and 10 am‑4 pm on Saturdays.
