Corporate Tax Consultant

About the role

EY is seeking experienced consultants to join its Corporate Tax team in Adelaide. The role offers the chance to work with a portfolio of corporate clients, including ASX‑listed companies and multinational investors, delivering tax advice across M&A, restructures, financing and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver corporate income tax compliance and prepare/review tax returns and accounting calculations for an allocated book of corporate clients.
• Provide advisory services such as ATO risk reviews, audits, and ruling application processes, supporting clients on complex tax legislation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, collaborating with specialist teams in international tax, transfer pricing, tax controversy and transactions.
• Supervise and mentor junior consultants and graduates, fostering a high‑performance, collaborative team culture.

Required profile

• Experience in Australian corporate income tax, preferably gained in a top‑tier or mid‑tier accounting firm or corporate environment.
• Strong client‑facing abilities with confidence to contribute in meetings and build professional networks.
• Ability to translate complex technical tax information into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Aptitude, positive attitude and willingness to develop further.
